Alumni Research: Why Alumni Engageby Community Admin in Alumni Research | Last Edited: 22nd March 2019
In 2017, EnterpriseAlumni undertook a study to understand the various different stakeholders that engage in a companies Alumni networks and the value drivers/needs that generated engagement. The State of Corporate Alumni was the first data-driven deep dive into the community of organizations former employees.
The study recognized that Alumni platforms often have 5 different generations of stakeholders (from early career to retiree) and each have their own set of values they are seeking by engaging with their former employer.
The results of the study enabled customers to view insights and analytics relevant to the “career arc” stage of their Alumni user and develop differing experiences for each. It also provided customers with clear understanding of where to focus their strategy and priorities around Alumni engagement.
