This page provides important terms and conditions (“Terms”) for the services that EnterpriseJungle, inc. dba EnterpriseAlumni ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers to individual users. These Terms aim to use informal and easy-to-understand language, with legal jargon only where the lawyers have told us we can’t avoid it.

1. RIGHT TO USE OUR SERVICES

By using our http://www.enterprisealumni.com website or any of EnterpriseAlumni's services described in section 2 "ABOUT OUR SERVICES" ("Services"), you are confirming that you have the legal capacity and you agree to these Terms. We can terminate your right to use our services if you violate these Terms.

2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

CareerRoadmap uses AI to help you plan and navigate your career journey. This includes:

  • Career Advice. We analyze your CV and give you advice on potential next job moves, career paths, skills to develop, courses, tailored job application cover letters and interview preparation.
  • Job Discovery. Finding career opportunities that match well with your previous and current experience and your career aspirations.
  • Verified CV. We help you create a verified CV, with your job history confirmed by your current and previous employers. Of course, you can edit all of the information in your CV and add your own personal touch.
  • One-Click Job Applications. With your verified CV, you can apply for jobs with just one click. It saves time and ensures potential employers get an accurate and up-to-date CV.

CareerSync allows you to conveniently and quickly populate your verified CV, aka your Profile, with publicly-available data. You can find more details about CareerSync at https://enterprisealumni.com/careersync.

AccessPassport allows us to manage your data safely and centrally. You’re in control of your personal data. You can manage your data, delete your profile, or ask questions about our anytime by contacting us at privacy@enterprisealumni.com . It's your data, after all! 

3. YOUR PRIVACY

We're big fans of privacy, and we make our money by helping you find opportunities and helping companies find you, not by selling your data or ads. You can read all the details of how we handle your personal data in our Privacy Policy https://enterprisealumni.com/privacy.

We do use a number of third party vendors to help us create these great services for you, which include AI interpretation of your data and finding all the available context about you on the open Internet. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy https://enterprisealumni.com/privacy.

You’re in control of your personal data. You can manage your data, delete your profile, or ask questions about our services anytime contacting us at privacy@enterprisealumni.com.

4. ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

To keep EnterpriseAlumni’s Services safe, available and attractive for all users, we require that you don’t do any of the following:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Use the Services for any purposes other than that for which we make the Services available
  • Transmit or upload inappropriate content or malicious software that is illegal or infringing, or that is likely to cause offense to other users of our Services or adversely affect EnterpriseAlumni’s Services or equipment
  • Impersonate another individual when using our Services
  • Provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete
  • Bypass or disable the security mechanisms of our Services (or attempt to do any of these)
  • Copy, modify or reverse engineer any of the software or content of our Services, except where we let you do so as part of the Services
  • Access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise
  • Use any device or software (such as a “web crawler” or other automatic retrieval mechanism) to collect information about our Services or other users.

5. ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES

EnterpriseAlumni will make commercially reasonable efforts (that’s one of those lawyer terms) to provide uninterrupted access to our Services. However, we don’t promise the Services will always be available. The Services will sometimes be unavailable due to periodic maintenance, or other reasons both in and out of our control. Please ensure that you protect the password and any other credentials that you use to access our Services.

6. AGE REQUIREMENTS

We do not permit children under age 16 to use our Services, and you agree not to use them if you are under that age.

7. OUR CONTENT, YOUR CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Except for your personal information and content, the content of EnterpriseAlumni online Services belongs to us or to the people and companies who have provided it to us. We give you a license and right to use this information when you use our Services, but these rights are personal to you and the content can’t be transferred or sold.

Where you upload personal information and content to our services, we store it, but it continues to belong to you, and you give us a license and right to use that information and content to provide our Services, including sharing the content with other users and third parties (the Alumni Networks you are a member of, companies that help us provide our service, recruiters and others who might offer you a job) as stated in our Privacy Policy https://enterprisealumni.com/privacy.

Any opinion, suggestion, and any other information you provide regarding our Services ("Submissions") are valuable to us. However, we want to be transparent, any Submissions you provide to us are non-confidential, which means they are not treated as private or exclusive. By sharing your Submissions with us, you acknowledge and agree that they will become our sole property. We will have exclusive rights to these Submissions, including all intellectual property rights. This means that we can freely use and share your Submissions for any lawful purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without any acknowledgment or compensation to you. By providing your Submissions, you waive any moral rights associated with them and warrant that the Submissions you provide are either original to you or that you have the right to submit them.

We try hard to ensure that the content of our Services is accurate, but we don’t guarantee that it will be. If you see any problems with our content, please get in touch.

Our services also includes links to third-party websites. We try to provide useful links, but we don’t take legal responsibility for the content of other websites.

8. OPT OUT

We value your freedom of choice and want to ensure that you have the flexibility to use our Services on your own terms. Therefore, you are free to opt out of our Services at any time. To exercise your right to opt out of any of our Services, simply contact us at privacy@enterprisealumni.com.

However, we want to emphasize that we will not be held liable to you or any third party for any consequences arising from these actions. This includes changes in content, temporary suspensions, or permanent discontinuances of the services.

Please understand that we retain the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify our services at any time and for any reason without notice to you. During any periods of downtime or discontinuance of our services, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience you may experience as a result of being unable to access.

It's important to note that these Terms of Service do not obligate us to maintain and support the Services or provide any corrections, updates, or releases related to it.

10. LIABILITY

We accept liability to you only for our violations of these Terms, except (a) for liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence or misconduct and (b) where you have greater rights under law.

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree that any information or advice provided by us is intended to be of a general nature only and should not be considered as a guarantee or taken as factual. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided.

You further understand and accept that any reliance on the information or advice obtained through our Services is at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services or the reliance on any information provided.

By using our Services, you expressly release us, our officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or any reliance on the information provided.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

By using our Services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, along with our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand that may arise.

  • Harmful Acts towards Other Users: If any claims arise from any harmful acts you commit towards other users of our services with whom you connected, you agree to take responsibility for defending and indemnifying us.

Please note that while you bear this responsibility, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive control and defense of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. We will notify you of any such claims, actions, or proceedings that fall under this indemnification policy as soon as we become aware of them. Additionally, we expect you to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense in such cases.

12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS AND SIGNATURE

We embrace the convenience and efficiency of electronic communications. When you use our Services, send us emails, or complete online forms, you are engaging in electronic communications. By doing so, you provide your consent to receive electronic communications from us. These Terms are subject to the laws of the State of New York, and if we can’t resolve a dispute between us, you can file claims against us in New York courts. You also have any additional rights provided by the law of the place where you live.

14. CHANGE TO THESE TERMS

We may change these Terms from time to time. Except where we are introducing a new service or in urgent situations, we will contact users for whom we have contact information in advance to give you a chance to consider the changes and decide whether to keep using our services.
