The three most popular integrations that can be set up by any user with admin permissions are:
- Off-Boarding : The ability to automatically enroll eligible employees into the Alumni application including the transfer of basic information as part of the leaving / off-boarding experience.
- Roles & Permissions : Enable users with the recruiter role to automatically access the Alumni pool of users to add them to talent communities, invite them to apply for opportunities or to refer colleagues.
- Home Screen Tile : Employees are not looking to be working in multiple systems, the application can be embedded into the SuccessFactors home screen enabling recruiters or other users with the appropriate role to interact and take action on the Alumni community without leaving SF.
SAP Alumni Integrations via Intelligent Services has become a simple an easy way for customer to set up and execute automations between their SuccessFactors system and the Alumni applications using e-mail triggers to fire events.
These email triggers such as “Automatically enroll and invite employees who are leaving who match a certain termination code, have the appropriate position title and are in a specific location to the Alumni platform and send them an invite in the users default language” can be created with a few simple steps directly in SuccessFactors.
