EnterpriseAlumni is pleased to announce that CEO Emma Sinclair MBE has been shortlisted for Global Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2026 Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Known as the "Grammys of Entrepreneurship", the Great British Entrepreneur Awards celebrate the UK's boldest and most inspiring founders, drawing more than 5,000 entrants each year across more than 20 categories and ten nations and regions. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony later this year.
Emma's shortlisting recognizes her work building EnterpriseAlumni into the market leader in corporate alumni software, and turning former employees into a measurable source of hiring, revenue and advocacy for enterprises worldwide.
She founded the business in 2014 and became the youngest person to float a company on the London Stock Exchange at 29. She was awarded an MBE in 2016 for Services to Entrepreneurship, has contributed to the G7 on investment in women-led businesses, and was UNICEF's first Business Ambassador.
