EnterpriseAlumni is committed to ensuring our digital platform is accessible and inclusive for all users, regardless of ability. We believe great technology should work for everyone, and accessibility is a genuine priority, not an afterthought. 

Our Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and applicable requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act across our web and mobile platform.

How We Approach Accessibility

Accessibility is embedded as a required step in our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). New features and code are reviewed against accessibility requirements before release, and any identified issues are prioritized and addressed as part of our development process.

Third-Party Auditing

We partner with Level Access, an accessibility auditing and services firm, to help us improve the accessibility of our platform. Level Access supports accessibility assessments of key user flows using a combination of manual and automated testing aligned to WCAG standards.

Remediation

Audit findings are prioritized by severity and addressed through a structured remediation plan. Identified issues are tracked and managed through our internal processes, with appropriate communication to stakeholders.
