PWC Hosts Another Successful Alumni Connectivity Week

PwC’s 2025 Alumni Connectivity Week showed how a focused, week‑long burst of digital and in‑person engagement can build momentum, deepen connections, and strengthen a thriving alumni community.

Alumni weeks are becoming a natural next step for organisations with established alumni programmes, creating focus, momentum, and a visible signal that alumni relationships remain a priority. When done well, a week‑long format brings together leadership, visibility, meaningful touchpoints, and shared opportunities for learning and growth.

In October 2025, PwC held its fourth US Alumni Connectivity Week, offering a clear example of how to combine digital reach with in‑person connection at scale. PwC described the week as “filled with meaningful connections, inspiration and opportunities to grow together,” in their official LinkedIn recap of the event.

The week opened with a simple global moment—“coffee on us”—inviting alumni to reconnect with the firm in a way that felt personal, inclusive, and easy to participate in. From there, the programme transitioned into learning‑focused sessions on storytelling, career development and professional growth, giving alumni practical tools and a shared learning experience regardless of location.

PwC also included dedicated moments to recognise alumni contributions and highlight their ongoing connection to the firm—a subtle but meaningful way to reinforce the value of long‑term relationships. The week culminated in in‑person gatherings across major US cities, including Los Angeles, Houston, and Washington, DC, creating space for alumni to connect face‑to‑face and strengthen professional and social ties.

Across the programme, PwC demonstrated how a well‑structured alumni week can build momentum, offer real value, and strengthen community in a way that feels both intentional and energising. Concentrating activity into a defined moment helps alumni feel seen, supported, and part of something larger—while giving organisations a repeatable format for engagement at meaningful scale.
