At EnterpriseAlumni, we are passionate about empowering organizations to build meaningful alumni communities. Our mission is to help businesses tap into the potential of their alumni networks and foster relationships that deliver value on both sides.

This also reflects our belief in the power of our own community and network of alumni leaders. Whether it’s through TheALUMS events or our online community for practitioners, AlumniAces, we bring people together to spark connections and share insights.

In curating a list of the most influential voices shaping the future of alumni engagement, we want to continue helping others to make connections, discover more inspiration, and learn from the community.

Do they advocate for the alumni program at the executive level? Are they driving organizational buy-in and aligning alumni efforts with broader business goals?

Do they stand out as thought leaders in the field? Have they set the foundational agenda, regularly shared insights, or published research that’s defining the category?

Impact

How is their work benefitting the organization? Have they demonstrated tangible outcomes, such as increased boomerang hires, new business leads, or enhanced employer branding?

Do they foster a sense of belonging among alumni? Are they nurturing relationships that extend beyond professional transactions to create a truly engaged community?
